We try our best to keep all of our items in stock and to ship your order within 1-3 days of your order being placed. If items out-of-stock, we will rush to manufacture the necessary items to fill your order. In this case, we will try to contact you and let you know there might be a slight delay.
Occasionally, we might be out-of-town at a train show when you place your order. If this occurs, we will ship your order as soon as we return. You will receive an email from the USPS when your order ships and it will contain tracking information.

Our Kits are...
Occasionally, milled wood thicknesses, density, or other circumstances that we are not able to control may alter the precision fir of our parts.
If you ever find any of our parts that are out of tolerance, milled wood that is to thick for our tabs and slots, a part is missing, or if you accidentally break, or even lose a part, please contact us by phone or email and we will send a replacement part to you, free of charge.
